A cozy bungalow sitting on a tree-lined street on the edge of the OU campus. 

This sweet little bungalow of ours is called "The Grace House." It sits west of OU campus and is a short walk to so many fun areas! It's a perfect place to stay for an OU game or if you want to drive 20 miles north, you can watch an OKC Thunder game. Walk down the street to grab dinner at The Library Bar & Grill, lunch at Midway Deli or Chipotle, or relax on the north oval.

Amenities

This home sleeps four people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the sofa pulls out to make a cozy queen-sized bed. This home includes one newly renovated and updated full bath & kitchen, dining table, dishes / pots / pans, washer & dryer, etc…

“This is the PERFECT location (on a quiet street!) in Norman. It's just about smack dab in the middle of exactly where you want to be. Close to downtown, campus corner, campus, stadium, etc. A very quick drive to the west side or north Norman. It is sparkling clean, the bed is super comfortable, great living room, dining room and kitchen. Really, if you only need 1 bed room with versatility of a pull out couch as well, you'd be missing out to not stay here! My small family will be back for sure!”
