The Elm House has been newly renovated, while keeping the charm of an older home. The beautifully stained oak floors and oak kitchen cabinets bring warmth and coziness to the property. The living room, dining room, and kitchen flow well with each other, allowing a spacious feel for your family and friends whether you are gathering for an OU graduation or in town to watch the Sooners play. This 3 bed / 2 bath home comfortably sleeps 6 people.

This gorgeous cottage is just a stone's throw from OU's Catlett Music Center & Fred Jones Art Museum, making it a prime place to stay if you are in town for any university activity or if you are a visiting professor who needs a temporary home. The tree-lined streets invite you to get out to explore the neighborhood or walk down to campus corner for a coffee, lunch, or a shopping spree!

Need it for a month or more? 

We love serving those in need of an in-between home :) You might be a displaced family who has experienced a fire or tornado… Or a family who is moving to Norman and haven’t quite found the perfect home yet… Or maybe you are a visiting professor who will be teaching at OU for a month. Amenities

This freshly renovated home sleeps 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you can find two more bedrooms: one with another king-sized bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The full-sized bath is shared by these two rooms. This home includes all brand new appliances, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, smart TV, etc…
